His experience ranges from IT consulting assignments, to directing major product development and implementation/integration initiatives, to managing large IT procurements for both purchasers and vendors, to leading an $18 million per year professional IT products and services organization. Peter is responsible for the organization's Health IT Consulting and Digital Government practices.

Cathy Reid
Vice-President and COO
Cathy is a highly experienced, results-oriented leader with over 29 years in IT consulting, operational support services, project delivery, product management, and executive leadership. Cathy has extensive experience in Oracle/Peoplesoft ERP implementation and ongoing support services. She is responsible for the organization's ERP Solutions and Services practice.

Alana is a conscientious professional known for her strong analytical skills. She holds a CPA designation and has 26 years of experience in corporate administration, including human resource management and finance, strategic planning, and management consulting. Alana is responsible for the organization's Management Consulting Services practice.

Dwayne is a highly motivated and experienced IT management leader with an extensive background in IT strategy development, infrastructure management, Enterprise Resource and Planning (ERP) applications / technologies and database administration. He has an exemplary track record for project execution and technical delivery, while providing strong operational support capabilities. Dwayne will work alongside Cathy Reid to build the company's ERP Solutions and Services practice.

Matt is an experienced Enterprise Architect with 25 years of proven experience, primarily in the e-health domain. Matt will deliver services to clients through the organization's Digital Government and Health IT Consulting practices.

Business Analyst / QA Specialist: Andre has over 20 years of experience in large system implementations with a particular focus on quality assurance and quality control. Andre has experience across all four of the company's business lines.

Project Manager: Brad has 28 years of IT and business experience, all in the public sector. He is a strategic leader delivering quality client and citizen-centric solutions. His experience includes large, complex IT infrastructure and systems modernization projects for the Governments of BC, Alberta, and PEI.

Business Analyst / HR Change Management Professional: Mary has over 20 years of experience in digital, application, and business modernization with a focus on ERP, HR/Payroll and related solutions. She has an ability to understand requirements from many perspectives— business transformation, project management, and organizational change management.

Project Manager: Chris is an innovative, strategic leader with nearly 30 years of IT experience and a versatile background spanning consulting, project management, and business analysis. He brings deep cross‑industry expertise, including gaming, provincial and federal government, retail operations, and healthcare, covering both clinical service delivery and program administration.

Account Manager / Project Manager: Nan is an accomplished, client-focused IT professional and collaborative leader with over 35 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily with the Government of PEI. Her expertise spans account, project, and portfolio management, resource planning, strategic operations, and business process improvement.

Senior Technical Consultant: Michael has over 26 years specializing in PeopleSoft solution support across Human Capital Management, Financials, and Enterprise Learning Management suites. He is skilled in Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, BI Publisher, Component Interfaces, SQL, SQR, and both Oracle and SQL Server databases.

Senior Integration Architect: Peter has 25+ years of experience in software design and development, complemented by expertise in enterprise‑scale system integration. He brings more than 15 years of Enterprise Architecture experience focused on integration design, data exchange, and interoperability, particularly with HL7v3 and FHIR.

Senior Business Analyst: Gary is a motivated healthcare consultant with experience at all points in the healthcare spectrum, from long-term care, to hospitals and clinics, to public benefit program administration. Gary’s career has included many projects, including successfully designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive Clinical Information System (CIS) for a mid-size hospital in Ontario.
